Ways of Winning Resource Guide

We have created this guide to:

  • Provide resources to support you in bringing the IMG Academy Ways of Winning to life that can be revisited several times a year and for the onboarding of new team members
  • Outline the process for service recovery, refunds, and effective handling of common and difficult situations with customers
  • Reinforce a consistent and strong culture of an experience first mindset (for customers and each other)​​

By using this handbook as a guide, we can deliver exceptional, experience-first service, and in turn, create the best possible environment for staff, students, parents, campers and other guests alike.
