Virtual: Managing Unconscious Biases at Work

We are excited to launch four offerings of our Managing Unconscious Biases at Work training for the campus team. This 60-minute interactive session will be facilitated by the Director of Inclusion, Charles McClendon, with members of our Executive Team, and will cover topics like the importance of building an inclusive culture, identifying and managing unconscious biases, and an overview of microaggressions.
Here are the dates and times of the four offerings:
- Thursday, Nov. 14: 12-1 p.m. at the Legacy Hotel Ballroom (snacks and beverages will be provided).
- Thursday, Nov. 14: 4-5 p.m. Virtual Session via Teams.
- Wednesday, Dec. 18: 12-1 p.m. at the Legacy Hotel (snacks and beverages will be provided).
- Wednesday, Dec. 18: 4-5 p.m. Virtual Session via Teams.
We will be sending formal calendar invites for each session. Please choose only one event to attend. This opportunity will be a valuable experience as we continue to build an inclusive culture that makes every team member feel respected and valued.
