We have created this guide to:
- Provide resources to support you in bringing the IMG Academy Ways of Winning to life that can be revisited several times a year and for the onboarding of new team members
- Outline the process for service recovery, refunds, and effective handling of common and difficult situations with customers
- Reinforce a consistent and strong culture of an experience first mindset (for customers and each other)
